Returns & Exchanges

At Musashi NZ, we want you to love your fit; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached and free from signs of wear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unwashed and unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship to Musashi

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any New Zealand Post location or authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Credit

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
